MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\-Perform the vehicle checklist, inspect the vehicle's condition, check fuel requirements, and identify possible vehicle damages; 2\-Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness; 3\-Determine whether PPE is required for each transport; 4\-Complete the log sheet indicating mileage, patient destination, departure time, and arrival time at HRTN; 5\-Transport materials from UPA Centro Sul for disinfection and hemocomponents; 6\-Record shift incidents in the incident report notebook; 7\-Practice defensive driving and comply with traffic laws. 8\-Wait for patient transfer requests, verify the destination and patient documentation. 9\-Perform administrative transportation; REQUIREMENTS: 1\- Completed high school; 2\- Valid driver's license, category B.
