Here, every maintenance task you perform, every improvement you propose, and every technician you train directly contributes to delivering life-saving medicines to millions of patients worldwide. **Your day-to-day responsibilities include:** * Performing medium- and high-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance on critical equipment, following operational procedures and health and safety standards; * Proposing and implementing process and equipment improvements by applying quality tools and actively participating in continuous improvement teams; * Leading failure investigations, conducting predictive analyses using vibration data collection, and preparing detailed technical reports; * Performing specialized maintenance on steam systems, pumps, industrial refrigeration, control and safety valves, using advanced techniques such as laser alignment, thermography, and ultrasonics; * Preparing performance indicators, presenting results in meetings, and monitoring calibrations and third-party services; * Delivering training to other technicians, sharing knowledge and promoting team development; * Maintaining an organized workplace in accordance with 5S practices and documenting all activities following good documentation practices. **Your new department** At Global Manufacturing \& Supply, we cover the entire value chain—from drug and device development to Novo Nordisk’s commercialized products. You should bring: * A technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields, with solid experience in medium- and high-complexity industrial maintenance; * Extensive knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, including pumps, steam systems, industrial refrigeration, valves, gearboxes, and filtration systems; * Proven experience with predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics) and proficiency in quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies; * Ability to train and develop other technicians, with excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Autonomy to perform complex tasks, investigate failures, prepare technical reports, and propose innovative solutions; * Commitment to health, safety standards, and good documentation practices. **Working at Novo Nordisk** Every day, we seek solutions to defeat serious chronic diseases.
