Job Summary: Professional responsible for quantity takeoff, cost estimation, budget preparation, and CAPEX planning support. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with various engineering and operations departments * Perform quantity takeoff, cost composition, and cost estimation (civil and electromechanical); * Prepare and review execution budgets and supporting reports; * Structure and update market databases and indicators; * Support CAPEX planning and structuring, as well as variation control; * Apply procedures, standards, and governance frameworks with a risk-aware and mitigation-oriented perspective; * Interact with engineering, planning, procurement, and operations departments. * Budgeting and CAPEX experience (construction/CAPEX structuring); * Fundamentals of cost engineering; * Quantity takeoff and cost estimation; * Reading and interpretation of project drawings; * Basic knowledge of civil and electromechanical disciplines; * Risk management applied to budgeting; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and governance.
