Verify food conditions for reuse; control temperature; label; package for freezing; store following hygiene standards; Maintain quality control and good food handling practices, always prioritizing food, tool, and equipment hygiene and disinfection, as well as strict temperature and time control. Keep ingredients refrigerated until serving time.
