Join us!** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Structure and maintain the organization’s **project and portfolio governance**. * Define and disseminate **project management methodologies, processes, and best practices**. * Monitor the **planning, execution, and control** of strategic projects. * Develop and track **schedules, KPIs, status reports, and executive dashboards**. * Monitor **risks, dependencies, and deviations in timeline, scope, and cost**. * Act as the interface between **business areas, technology, and executive leadership**. * Support project managers and leaders in **prioritizing and managing the initiative portfolio**. * Conduct progress meetings, project committees, and stakeholder reporting. * Ensure **standardization of project documentation and communication**. * Support continuous improvement of project management and governance processes. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience working as a **Senior PMO or in portfolio management**. * Experience with **project governance and management methodologies** (PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid). * Experience in **information technology or digital transformation environments**. * Experience with project management tools and KPI tracking. * Strong capabilities in **organization, communication, and stakeholder management**. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Project management certification (PMP, PMO\-CP, or similar). * Experience in **medium-to-large corporate environments**. * Experience in **IT portfolio and strategic project management**. ### **Work Model** * **Hybrid**, with office presence in **Belo Horizonte – MG**. * Contract type: **PJ**.
