**Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team’s activities, assigning tasks and monitoring service execution; * Ensure proper operation of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, civil, air conditioning, and other systems; * Monitor internal service requests, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to departmental and apartment needs; * Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance; * Maintain facilities in good condition, contributing to guest and staff satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Knowledge of building, electrical, hydraulic, civil, and air conditioning maintenance; * Experience in process mapping and audits; * Familiarity with RM Totvs system; * Leadership ability, people management skills, and communication skills. **Work Location:** Av. Pres. Antônio Carlos, 7456 \- Pampulha.
