This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE FEDERAL COUNCIL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (CREF). Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the Regional Council of Physical Education, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the Regional Council of Physical Education indicating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected.
