Job Summary: Operates a roller compactor in earthmoving and soil compaction activities in surface mining, ensuring proper leveling and quality of soil, and performing daily equipment inspections. Perform daily inspections of the equipment and maintain its condition **Responsibilities:** Operate a roller compactor in earthmoving, soil compaction, access roads, yards, operational areas, and other service fronts in surface mining. Perform compaction according to supervision instructions, ensuring soil leveling and quality while adhering to operational procedures, safety regulations, and area signage. Conduct daily equipment inspections, verifying basic operating conditions such as tires, oil level, water, fuel, brakes, lights, and other safety items, reporting any irregularities to supervision or maintenance. Maintain equipment condition, support organization of the work front, and operate safely alongside operation and earthmoving teams. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a Roller Compactor Operator documented in employment record. Driver's license category D. Flexible working hours. Availability to start immediately. Experience in surface mining. Work schedule: 2x2 — day shift.
