If you identify with this opportunity, we would be delighted to receive your application. **Employment Type: CLT \- 180 hours/month** **Essential Requirements** * Experience in aluminum casting or pig iron casting; **Education** · Technical degree in Chemistry or Metallurgy **Main Job Responsibilities** · Responsible for departmental organization; · Coordinate operators’ and assistants’ activities; · Coordinate shift scheduling and working hours; · Evaluate the Production Control Plan (PCP) and execute it as instructed; · Inspect raw materials before they enter the melting furnace; · Supervise melting and homogenization furnaces; · Adjust alloys when necessary and issue certificates containing chemical analysis; · Monitor solid alloy leakage; · Manage liquid metal dispatch; · Establish and coordinate liquid metal delivery schedules; · Monitor the aluminum powder production process; · Schedule and implement preventive and corrective maintenance; · Operate forklifts responsibly and safely; · Monitor equipment operation; · Monitor gas header pressures on furnaces; · Sieve aluminum powder for granulometric analysis; · Monitor chemical and granulometric analysis results; · Use personal protective equipment (PPE); · Perform duties in accordance with applicable Quality Management System documentation; · Comply with environmental requirements established by the employer within one’s area of responsibility. **Compensation:** * Salary: Negotiable * Overtime: 1 hour per day * Attendance bonus: R$ 300.00 * Hazardous work allowance: 40% of the minimum wage * Night shift allowance: 30% **Benefits:** * Health insurance \- Unimed * Dental insurance * On\-site meals * Profit sharing (PLR) * Gympass (wellhub) * Partnership with Sesi Club **Working Hours:** Weekly rotating shifts (06:00\-14:00 / 14:00\-22:00 / 22:00\-06:00) Salary Range: R$6\.500,00 \- R$7\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Profit sharing * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have experience in aluminum casting or pig iron casting? * Do you hold a technical degree in Chemistry or Metallurgy?
