Job Summary: The professional will operate grain handling and drying equipment, assist with maintenance and grading activities, and maintain workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment maintenance and workplace organization. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** ▪Follow company policies, standards, procedures, and code of conduct. ▪Contribute to a positive organizational climate by respecting company values and culture. ▪Perform duties with emphasis on meeting departmental performance indicators. ▪Contribute to process improvement within the department. ▪Assist with tasks of other positions whenever required, in exceptional cases. ▪Perform unloading and handling of grains inside the warehouse using various equipment such as drag conveyors, dumpers, hoppers, and dryers, as operationally required. ▪Assist in drying operations, including furnace fueling with firewood, ensuring process continuity and energy consumption efficiency. ▪Support the grading team by collecting samples for laboratory analysis, following technical procedures to ensure sample representativeness. ▪Support the scale team during grain loading for dispatch, ensuring correct product distribution. ▪Assist in physical grain inventory, performing accurate counts for stock control and traceability. ▪Apply pesticides (insecticides, fungicides) when necessary, complying with safety regulations and technical guidelines for pest control. ▪Clean equipment and work areas, maintaining an organized and safe environment for daily operations. ▪Assist in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, contributing to reduced unplanned downtime and extended machinery service life. **REQUIREMENTS** Elementary education Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
