Job Summary: Position available for assisting with food pre-preparation, hygiene, storage, plating, and kitchen organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with food pre-preparation and hygiene 2. Support in kitchen organization and storage 3. Monitoring of temperature, preparation time, and expiration dates Position available for work in the Buritis neighborhood, 5 days per week (Wednesday to Sunday), with shifts scheduled on a rotating basis, always respecting daily working hours and fulfilling the weekly 44-hour requirement via a banked hours system. – Assist with food pre-preparation; – Assist with proper hygiene of utensils and food; – Assist with food storage and inventory; – Assist in monitoring food temperature and preparation time; – Help plate dishes; – Help clean and organize the kitchen; – Monitor food expiration dates.
