Job Summary: A kitchen professional to assist in food preparation, sector organization, and support to the Head Cook, following good hygiene practices. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preparing fried foods and ingredients 2. Kitchen organization and hygiene 3. Assistance to the Head Cook **Position located in the Santa Amélia neighborhood.** **Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off:** **\- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 10:30 AM to 6:50 PM. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 7:20 PM.** **\- Weekly day off on Tuesday, plus one Sunday per month.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing fried foods and ingredients for the dining area * Cutting vegetables and meats * Washing utensils and organizing the kitchen area * Assisting the Head Cook with pre-preparation and daily operations in the dining area * Supporting goods receiving and general cleaning * Adhering to good hygiene and safety practices **Requirements:** * Basic kitchen knowledge is a plus * Willingness to learn and improve within the field * Forward-looking mindset and interest in exploring other areas * Agility, organization, hygiene awareness, and teamwork * Punctuality and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance (Vix) – effective after 3 months; * Dental insurance (Pró-Dental) – effective after 3 months; * Bonus of up to R$160.00; * On-site meals; * Career and salary progression plan; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher.
