Tax Specialist

Job Summary: Professional to perform tax calculation and review, fulfill ancillary obligations, and provide technical support, with emphasis on tax analysis and planning. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in calculation and review of direct and indirect taxes 2. Ensuring compliance with ancillary obligations and tax legislation 3. Focus on tax planning and recovery of tax credits Perform calculation and review of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL); Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD\-Contribuições, DCTF, among others); Monitor and interpret current tax legislation, assessing its impact on the company; Conduct analysis and validation of tax processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk reduction; Support internal and external audits, as well as tax inspections; Prepare managerial reports and tax statements; Engage in tax planning and recovery of tax credits, where applicable; Provide technical support to other departments within the company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in the tax field; * Advanced knowledge of tax legislation; * Experience with ERP systems and ancillary obligations; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in taxation; * Experience with real profit and presumed profit tax regimes; * Knowledge of strategic tax planning. **Desired Profile:** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail; * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
