Job Summary: The Mult Group seeks a professional to handle tax calculation and payment, classification and reconciliation of invoices, control of digital tax records, and application of tax legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in tax routine, preferably in the automotive sector. 2. Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to vehicles and services. 3. Experience with SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, and ancillary obligations. The **Mult Group** is one of the largest vehicle representation groups in the states of Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais. We seek and value talent—individuals with personality, determination, and drive. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Calculate and remit federal, state, and municipal taxes (ICMS, ICMS\-ST, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL); * Record, classify, and reconcile invoices for new and used vehicles, parts, and services; * Monitor and verify digital tax records (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, EFD\-ICMS/IPI); * Ensure correct application of tax legislation in purchase, sale, consignment, and transfer operations involving vehicles; * Generate reports on withheld taxes and support the finance department in fulfilling ancillary obligations; * Monitor and validate vehicle, parts, and service billing and return processes; * Provide support during tax audits and inspections, and respond to requests from tax authorities; * Track changes in tax/fiscal legislation and implement corresponding adjustments to internal processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in tax routine, preferably at dealerships or companies in the automotive sector; * Knowledge of tax legislation (preferably as applied to vehicles, parts, and services); * Experience with SPED Fiscal, EFD\-Contribuições, and ancillary obligations; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Preferred: familiarity with ERP systems used in dealerships.
