Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and discreet School Secretary to manage enrollments, provide pedagogical support, and digitize processes. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have openings for School Secretaries. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, punctual, and operate with a high degree of discretion. If you have prior experience in the educational field, an active professional registration, and proficiency in process digitization, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct and manage enrollment and re-enrollment campaigns; Receive and attend to families and students both in person and remotely; Provide direct support to pedagogical management, assisting in the development of the Pedagogical Project (PP), School Bylaws, and Academic Calendar; Organize files and data, and actively drive process digitization; Ensure school operations fully comply with current legislation; Verify document validity for teachers, staff, and students; Update student activity records, grades, and exam results; Maintain smooth communication among parents, students, and teachers, and provide support to other school departments as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed degree in School Secretarial Studies; **Active Professional Registration** in the field; Previous solid experience performing this role.
