Job Summary: Responsible for in-person engagement, monitoring franchise performance, providing operational and commercial support, strengthening relationships, and enhancing results. Key Highlights: 1. In-person engagement focused on support and relationship strengthening. 2. Leading sales processes and identifying improvements. 3. Acting as a facilitator between the company and franchises. **REGIONAL SALES CONSULTANT (MINAS GERAIS)** Responsible for in-person engagement in regions where our plants are active, monitoring franchise performance, providing operational and commercial support, strengthening relationships, and boosting local results. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead sales processes (approvals, negotiations, and closing), understand customers, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently; * Conduct frequent in-person visits to CDT (Cartão de Todos) franchises in regions where the company operates active plants; * Monitor franchise CDT operations and commercial routines; * Provide practical guidance, direction, and support to CDT franchises; * Assist in developing regional multipliers; * Identify operational needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities; * Act as a facilitator between the company and CDT franchises, ensuring synergy and collaboration; * Identify necessary actions, strategies, and adjustments to elevate sales performance; * Submit strategic information to leadership and partners to support decision-making. * Work to achieve and exceed the company's established sales targets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in sales; * Availability to conduct visits/travel. **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** * Employment Type: CLT * Work Schedule: Hybrid model, with visits/travel as required. * Work Location: Minas Gerais * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Salary: Fixed * Performance Bonus * Meal or Food Allowance – Ifood! * Birthday Day Off * Life and Accident Insurance * Cartão de TODOS (After 3 months) * Refuturiza Platform (Access to numerous online courses) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Belo Horizonte, MG
