Teamwork and cross-departmental interaction for operational support We are seeking a **Production Assistant** to provide operational support for production department activities, ensuring proper tracking of production orders, process recordkeeping, raw material control, and support to the production team. The position plays an important role in ensuring compliance with production planning, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** ----------------------------------------------- * Assist in controlling and monitoring the department's production orders; * Complete, verify, and organize production records; * Support the team leader/supervisor in productivity, loss, and process indicator monitoring; * Monitor consumption of raw materials, inputs, and packaging materials; * Assist in material release and verification for production; * Update systems with production data, downtime records, and activity reports; * Support inventory control of departmental production materials; * Ensure organization of the production process; * Assist in monitoring product changeovers (setup) and line release; * Support the department in complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Interact with departments such as Quality, Warehouse, Production Planning and Control (PCP), and Maintenance to support operations. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed high school education; * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in teams and in an industrial environment; * Availability for **night shifts**. **Work Location:** * Central Nutrition Industrial Facility: 15 minutes from the Ipatinga exit, heading toward Caratinga (BR 458 KM 135\). **Join a team that believes in the power of relationships, continuous learning, and purpose-driven results.
