Compensation: To be negotiated Transportation allowance: R$ 190.00\. Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Requirements: * OAB registration is mandatory; * Knowledge of Civil or Labor Procedural Law; * Prior professional experience; * Organizational skills and clear diction; * Excellence in concise, objective writing; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency with technological tools and case management software; * Problem-solving ability; Main Responsibilities: * Full case management across all procedural stages—from drafting initial pleadings through appeals; * Monitoring cases and preparing reports; * Conducting conciliation, evidentiary, and judgment hearings, as well as oral arguments before courts; * Client communication and support; * Performing official inquiries at public agencies; * Drafting legal opinions, consultations, and reports; * Proficiency in PJe, E-proc, and e-SAJ systems. Additional desirable qualifications: * Creativity and strong writing skills; * Proactivity and effective communication; * Up-to-date knowledge of case law; * Familiarity with Tax, Corporate, Labor, and Banking Law.
