Opportunity for learning and professional growth in IT **Job Description:** Gross salary: R$ 1,830.10/month Work format: On-site – Campos dos Goytacazes, RJ Employment type: CLT Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **About the opportunity** We are looking for a technology-interested individual with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn, who will work as a **Computer Operator**, supporting HM Informática’s technical support team. This professional will be responsible for **initial customer service**, incident ticket registration and tracking, as well as **on-site technical support**, providing operational assistance in IT environments while strictly following technical team procedures and guidelines. This role is essential to ensuring organization, responsiveness in service delivery, and a positive experience for our customers. **Your main responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support to customers, assisting in identifying and resolving issues related to computers, networks, systems, and peripherals. * Conduct **on-site visits to customers**, as required by technical support needs, using company-provided tools and motorcycle (fuel covered by the company). * Clearly and courteously guide end users, ensuring a professional and efficient service experience. * Escalate issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, providing complete and well-organized information. * Help prevent recurring incidents by adhering to best practices and technical team guidance. * Maintain up-to-date records of service interactions, customers, and IT assets in company systems. * Assist in organizing documentation, technical procedures, and internal materials. * Support the team in operational tasks, preventive maintenance, and IT projects, as needed. * Uphold service quality standards by meeting deadlines, following established processes, and complying with HM Informática’s defined standards. What we seek in you: Prior experience or exposure to technical support, computer maintenance, networking, or IT customer service (including academic, internship, or personal projects) Strong written and verbal communication skills; Organizational and disciplined use of tools: ticketing system, knowledge base, WhatsApp; **Valid and active Category A driver’s license (motorcycle)**; Availability for **on-site visits**. Proactive and empathetic profile, focused on problem resolution; Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse customer profiles. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience delivering technical support in corporate environments (on-site or remote). * Hands-on experience with computer maintenance, basic networking, printers, and help desk routines. * Familiarity with Windows operating systems, remote access tools, and incident ticket creation and tracking.
