




Professional responsible for managing and executing personnel administration activities, including hiring, dismissals, payroll, time tracking, and vacation control, as well as coordinating training, benefits, and quality-of-life programs. Acts as the liaison between employees, management, and labor unions, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. Ensures compliance with eSocial and human resources management systems, monitors processes with the accounting department, and maintains up-to-date departmental documentation. Also manages access control and documentation for third parties, ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and provides administrative support as needed.
