Job Summary: An IT professional who provides on-site support for hardware, software, and network maintenance, installation, and configuration, resolving complex issues at the client's location. Key Highlights: 1. On-site maintenance and configuration of IT systems 2. Resolution of complex infrastructure issues 3. Ensuring the availability of IT infrastructure Provides on-site support for hardware, software, and network maintenance, installation, and configuration, resolving complex issues that remote support (help desk) cannot resolve. They work directly at the client's location to ensure the availability of IT infrastructure. * **On-site Maintenance:** Repair and installation of computers, servers, printers, and peripherals. * + **Network Support:** Configuration and diagnosis of network infrastructure (cables, switches). + **Installation and Configuration:** Installation of operating systems, software, and system updates. + **Backup and Security:** Performing data backups, virus diagnosis, and security vulnerability assessment. + **Customer Support:** Providing on-site technical guidance and resolving issues under pressure.
