




Job Summary: An Internal Communication and Endomarketing professional to plan, execute, and manage communication strategies, events, and materials, ensuring employee engagement and continuous improvement. Creation and revision of content for communication channels **Main Responsibilities**: * Develop and implement the strategic Internal Communication plan; * Lead the Internal Communication Committee in pursuit of continuous improvement; * Conduct briefings with internal clients and translate them into creative deliverables; * Update information across institutional channels (Intranet, bulletin boards, TVs, newsletters, email, wallpapers, banners, signage, notices, etc.); * Draft and revise content for communication channels; * Script and oversee photo and video production at events; * Organize and deliver Endomarketing events on time and with quality; * Support all departments in internal events—from conception through delivery—ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines; * Provide support for communication/marketing requests generated by various DELP departments; * Monitor the department’s budget, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource utilization; * Produce, promote, and track performance of job advertisements and recruitment initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Recruitment & Selection; * Submit procurement/service requests via the TOTVS system; * Oversee all internal visual communication; * Maintain updated organizational charts for DELP; * Promote continuous improvement of the communication system; * Encourage participation and engagement in initiatives; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; * Evaluate participant satisfaction jointly with involved departments and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements**: * Completed undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields; * Experience in Endomarketing routines, Internal Communication, and material production; * Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of language adaptation and integrated communication writing techniques; * Knowledge of briefing development; * Knowledge of scripting for audiovisual production.
