Support in general departmental activities **Industry:** Savory and dessert factory **Location:** Funcionários / Eldorado neighborhood – Contagem/MG **Employment type:** Full-time CLT (permanent contract) We are looking for a professional to handle **customer service and sales**, both at the counter and via WhatsApp, as well as managing orders from apps and supporting departmental routines. We seek someone communicative, organized, and responsive in customer interactions. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service at the counter and via WhatsApp; * Receiving, organizing, and tracking app-based orders; * Supporting sales and providing customers with product guidance; * Maintaining a clean and organized workplace; * Providing support for general departmental activities when needed. **Required Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Basic knowledge of social media (WhatsApp); * Experience with systems (order entry/order tracking); * Prior experience in **sales and customer service**. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 11:30 AM to 8:06 PM * **Saturday:** 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1,800.00 + bonus * **Transportation allowance** * **Meal allowance:** R$ 300.00 * **TotalPass** * **On-site snack** **Desired Profile** * Strong communication skills and friendliness in customer interactions; * Responsiveness and organizational ability; * Commitment and accountability; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
