Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality and organizational processes **Description:** ---------------- We are hiring: Project Analyst **Responsibilities:** * Interpret functional and technical requirements to design and execute test scenarios; * Plan, create, and execute manual tests on system functionalities and workflows; identify, log, and track bugs found during validations; perform retesting of fixes implemented by the development team; * Create, maintain, and update test cases, checklists, and validation documentation; * Support the evolution and maintenance of automated tests using Cypress; * Execute basic performance and load tests using K6 or JMeter; validate integrations, business rules, and critical application workflows; * Support technical refinements and alignments with product and development teams; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes, test organization, and validation coverage; * Work on multiple demands simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT-related fields (Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related areas); * Experience with functional manual testing; * Knowledge of test case creation and execution; * Familiarity with management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar; * Experience with test documentation and organization in Testlink, MeloQA, XRhay, or Google Sheets; * Familiarity with agile methodologies; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of databases and SQL queries; Strong analytical ability and critical perspective on quality. * **Competencies we seek:** * Technical knowledge, efficiency, proactivity, results orientation, communication, teamwork.
