Report updating and telephone/in-person customer service An outsourcing company specializing in printers and IT, located in Campinas/SP, is hiring: Administrative Assistant Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Financial Management, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at intermediate level. Responsibilities: Complete the page counter collection form with customer information; Enter page counter data into the system, issue fiscal receipts, statements, and bank slips, and apply electronic signatures; Send monthly closing information to customers to facilitate due payments; Verify in the system and NDD equipment lacking page counter data collection; Maintain equipment control and spreadsheets for devices without page counter data collection; Direct equipment lacking page counters in the NDD system to the Help Desk and IT departments; Request printed page counter data from customers via WhatsApp, email, and Skype; Update monthly printer reports, as well as customer data and contact information; Provide reception support via telephone and in-person to triage and route inquiries to internal departments.
