**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Job Mission:** Responsible for customer service, either in person or by phone, providing support on matters related to branch processes, such as clarifying questions about products and services, account information, cash handling, registration updates, and use of electronic channels.
