Collaborate with marketing, communications, and management teams **Company:** Grupo São Camilo **Job Type:** Full-time **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Belo Horizonte – MG About the Role **Grupo São Camilo** is looking for a **Graphic Designer** to create and develop institutional, educational, and promotional visual materials, ensuring visual coherence, aesthetic quality, and alignment with the group's brand positioning. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, communications, and management teams to support campaigns, strategic initiatives, and daily operational needs. Responsibilities * Create graphic assets for **social media, institutional materials, and promotional campaigns** * Develop **artwork for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital materials** * Create and adapt **printed materials** (brochures, banners, posters, bus backdrops, etc.) * Ensure **visual identity standardization** across the group's brands * Support campaigns, product launches, and institutional initiatives * Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams * Organize files and versions for digital and print production Requirements * Degree or coursework in **Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or related fields** * Prior experience as a Graphic Designer * **Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign, or similar)** * Knowledge of visual identity, typography, and composition * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with institutional, educational, or healthcare brands * Basic motion graphics knowledge or simple video editing skills * Experience preparing print-ready files * Professional-level proficiency in Canva What We Offer * Employment under **CLT regime** * A professional, structured, and growing work environment * Participation in strategic projects and established brands * Opportunities for professional development * Market-competitive remuneration Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Compensation: R$2.100,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
