Job Summary: Sewing and overlock professional for manufacturing mattress and pillow covers, bands, and other components, including review of non-conformities. Key Highlights: 1. Sewing and finishing activities for upholstery products 2. Responsibility for reviewing non-conforming parts 3. Operation of sewing machines and overlock machines Sewing: * Sew mattress bands and joining covers, closing the perimeter; * Sew labels onto mattress and bed bands; * Sew children's pillow covers; * Sew bed covers; * Sew closure of pillow bands for mattresses with Europillow; * Review non-conforming bands; * Fulfill immediate supervisor's requests within the scope of work. Overlock: * Review non-conforming mattress tops; * Perform overlock along the perimeter of spring mattress tops; * Store mattress tops on shelves; * Sew Unibox covers and joining covers; * Embroider spring mattress names onto bands; * Fulfill immediate supervisor's requests within the scope of work.
