




Job Summary: Responsible for managing the implementation of the CMA and the development and execution of the project \ Key Highlights: 1. Management of CMA implementation and the "Integrated Inspection" project 2. Development and implementation of RCM / FMECA / FTA for mine assets 3. Preparation of LDA reliability statistical studies Responsible for managing the implementation of the CMA (Asset Monitoring Center) and for the development and execution of the "Integrated Inspection" project. Responsible for developing and implementing RCM / FMECA / FTA (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) for mine assets. Responsible for preparing LDA reliability statistical studies to improve equipment and component service life. Responsible for effectiveness initiatives using agile methodologies in SCRUM project management, as well as SMED. Development of equipment and mine fleet failure analyses, using technical methods and tools, with outputs including technical guidance to equipment maintenance teams regarding corrective actions for failures and defects. Statistical reliability studies estimating probability of failure to prevent failures in the upcoming month, performing asset management. Integrated analysis using tools such as loss profile, maintenance indicators, telemetry, component hourmeters, mine conditions, Sentinel, and predictive analytics to prevent losses.
