The company maintains a structured operation, experiencing steady growth, with a focus on process organization, control, and data-driven decision-making — making the controller department a key piece in this context. **About the position** We are seeking a Controller Assistant to support routine tasks related to financial control, analysis, and organization of the company’s financial information. This role is ideal for candidates with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in developing a career in finance/controller functions, working closely with leadership and gaining business-oriented visibility. **Key responsibilities** * Support cost, expense, and results control and analysis * Assist in preparing and monitoring management reports * Perform verification and validation of financial and accounting information * Support monthly closing and data organization for the controller department * Monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs) * Assist in reconciling information across finance, accounting, and tax areas * Support budgetary control and variance analysis * Organize and structure databases and spreadsheets * Support internal process improvement and standardization * Provide internal departments with information and analytical support **What we seek** * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile * Proactivity and eagerness to learn * Strong communication skills for interaction with internal departments * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Preferred: currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields **Compensation and benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.926,53 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 22.00/day (Flash) * Unimed Unifácil health plan (100% covered by the company\*) * Dental plan at no cost to the employee * TotalPass * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Attendance bonus (3.5% of salary) * Partnerships with SESI and SESC * Discounts on undergraduate programs (up to 40%) and postgraduate/extension courses (up to 20%) \*Co-payment applies after probation period **Work schedule** Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour and 12 minutes lunch break) Payment: R$2\.926,53 per month Work location: On-site
