Utilization of recruitment tools such as Solides and LinkedIn Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment within industrial environments or high-demand settings; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and screening tools; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; * Familiarity with Solides and LinkedIn is preferred. * Experience recruiting operational and technical profiles; * Availability for on-site work; * Location: Vespasiano - MG * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, feedback); * Collaborate with operational leaders to understand hiring needs and desired candidate profiles; * Utilize recruitment tools (Solides, LinkedIn, social media, talent databases); * Ensure compliance of recruitment processes with internal policies and labor legislation; * Prepare recruitment and selection performance reports.
