**Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst to work in São Caetano do Sul – SP** Responsibilities: - Conduct recruitment and selection of candidates for operational positions (cleaning, security, maintenance, gardening, etc.) - Post job openings on digital platforms, social media, bulletin boards, and local partners - Screen resumes according to the profile requested by the client - Conduct in-person and/or online interviews, assessing behavioral and technical profiles - Administer registration forms and support the hiring process - Maintain contact with candidates to align information regarding job openings, schedules, and work locations - Monitor selection processes until actual hiring - Ensure compliance with company-defined deadlines and standards Requirements: - Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology or Human Resources - Sense of urgency and time management skills Salary: R$ 3.100,00 + Transportation Allowance Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Benefits: Meal Allowance of R$ 20.76 per day + Food Allowance R$ 144.00 Address: Avenida Doutor Augusto de Toledo 1202 – Santa Paula – São Caetano do Sul.
