




**E-commerce Analyst | Fitland** **Fitland** is seeking an organized, analytical **E-commerce Analyst with experience in franchise networks** to support the operation and evolution of our online channel. This position is strategic to ensure **standardization, performance, and integration between the e-commerce platform and franchise units**, delivering a seamless and excellent shopping experience to end customers. **Job Mission** Operate, maintain, and optimize the Fitland e-commerce platform, ensuring consistent communication, alignment with the franchise network, and process efficiency—directly contributing to the growth of online sales and the brand’s omnichannel strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * List, update, and organize products on the e-commerce platform (descriptions, images, prices, and promotions). * Ensure **standardization of the product portfolio, information, and visual identity**, in accordance with franchise network guidelines. * Monitor orders and oversee the entire operational flow: payment, order picking, shipping, and after-sales, ensuring deadlines and quality. * Support the execution of promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team. * Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, proposing continuous improvements. * Perform operational adjustments on the platform (shipping, inventory, commercial rules, and simple integrations with ERP or internal systems). * Provide support to franchisees, aligning promotions, products, and processes related to the online channel. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **e-commerce**, preferably within **franchise networks or multi-store operations**. * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as **VTEX or similar**. * Familiarity with **SEO, digital marketing, and online sales performance**. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and franchisees. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **omnichannel operations**. * Experience with **marketplaces** (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, among others). * Basic knowledge of web image editing (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools). **Desired Profile** * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Aptitude for working with processes and standards. * Customer experience mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Collaborative spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
