Interaction with IT teams to resolve issues #### **About the position:** Responsible for providing Level 1 technical support to internal users, supporting all IT operations across the group's stores, installing software and operating systems, and collaborating with the Level 2 Infrastructure and Systems teams to resolve issues. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Support users as Level 1; Install software and operating systems; Collaborate with other IT areas to resolve complex issues. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology fields Basic knowledge of Computer Networks Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux Desktop operating systems Intermediate knowledge of Computer Maintenance Knowledge of PDV Systems and Hardware Basic knowledge of Commercial Automation Equipment (Scales / Inquiry Terminals / Barcode Scanners and Printers) Basic knowledge of Office Suite 1 year of experience in this role #### **Benefits:** Medical and Dental Assistance Life Insurance Chartered Transportation On-site Meals Discounts on purchases at Group stores Prime Club Partnerships with educational institutions Up to 20% discount on electricity bills #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** 44 hours per week
