We seek professionals whose **values** align with ours: Care for people Responsibility Ethics Excellence and results Customer at the center Requirements: We are seeking a **Senior Implementation Analyst** with autonomy to lead system and solution implementations, acting as the technical reference; managing complex projects; ensuring integration quality (APIs, layouts); resolving critical issues; and optimizing processes — playing a vital role as the bridge between development, clients, and support, with focus on post-implementation experience and stability, often involving stakeholder management and agile methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technology and infrastructure knowledge, including familiarity with software installation and configuration in Windows environments — permissions, system folders, and environment variables. * Basic understanding of network and proxy configuration, including concepts such as IP, DNS, port, and connectivity — especially in corporate environments with firewalls. * Ability to interpret technical error messages and perform basic corrective actions (e.g., reinstallation, cache cleanup, log analysis). * Understanding of VPNs, user authentication, and access policies, facilitating diagnosis of system connection failures. * Diagnosis and troubleshooting * Ability to conduct local and remote tests to identify root causes of failures (connectivity, performance, permissions, compatibility). * Organized and clear incident diagnosis, ensuring traceability of support activities. * Ability to produce technical reports, facilitating problem understanding by technical teams (support or development). * Support and productivity tools **Excel:** Intermediate proficiency (filters, formulas, pivot tables, data import). **Remote support tools:** AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Microsoft Remote Desktop, etc. **Ticketing systems:** Zendesk, ServiceNow, GLPI, or equivalents. **Technical differentiators:** * Prior experience in technical support, financial system support, or software implementation. * Familiarity with the financial market — equity products, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and economic indicators. * Technical English (for reading error messages, manuals, and documentation). **Mandatory behavioral skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication. * Senior profile with autonomy and sense of responsibility. * Organized and capable of working on-demand. * Ability to interact effectively with clients and operate in critical environments. **Work Model** * On-site, requiring client visits.
