Opportunity at a leading company in the electrical materials sector A Loja Elétrica is a Minas Gerais-based company and a leader in the distribution of electrical materials. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the Templuz team. Responsibilities: * Provide support to sales teams and designers. * Organize received budgets, ensuring proper registration in control spreadsheets and continuous updating of information. * Update the system with budget information defined by the sales responsible person, check product stock availability, and respond to price quotations. * Monitor ongoing budgets together with the sales department and customers, and send guidance via e\-mail to the sales team. * Analyze market sales opportunities, identify new prospects, and guide the sales team. * Clarify customer inquiries at the store and oversee after-sales service. * Handle requests registered through the customer service center (SAC). * Monitor and determine the disposition of returned display items, when necessary. * Conduct telephone follow-ups with customers regarding ongoing orders, addressing various inquiries. * Occasionally support showroom activities, including label verification, product exchanges, and luminaire updates, as needed. * Support training sessions for suppliers and other departments as directed by management. * Occasionally accompany designers or sales representatives to construction sites for material verification or environment-specific item segregation.
