Customer service and post-sales support Loja Elétrica is a Minas Gerais-based company and a leader in the electrical materials distribution segment. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities: * Provide support to sales teams and designers. * Organize received budgets, ensuring proper registration in control spreadsheets and continuous updating of information. * Update the system with budget information defined by the sales responsible, check product stock levels, and respond to price quotations. * Track ongoing budgets in coordination with the sales department and customers, and send guidance via e\-mail to the sales team. * Analyze market sales opportunities, identify new prospects, and guide the sales team. * Clarify customer inquiries at the store and manage post\-sales follow-up. * Handle requests registered in the Customer Service Center (SAC). * Monitor and determine the disposition of returned display items, when necessary. * Provide telephone support to customers regarding ongoing orders, addressing various inquiries. * Occasionally support showroom-related tasks, including label verification, lamp replacements, and luminaire updates, as needed. * Support training sessions for suppliers and other departments as directed by management. * Occasionally accompany designers or sales representatives to construction sites for material verification or room-by-room material segregation.
