We are looking for a technically skilled, committed professional with strategic vision to handle complex matters in a collaborative and high-performance environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in civil litigation**; * Solid knowledge of **Banking Law** (lawsuits for contract revision, enforcement of judgments, RMC, RCC, over-indebtedness, etc.); * Experience with **Microsoft Word**, and familiarity with legal editing and formatting tools; * **Active and duly registered OAB membership**, with no pending issues. **Contract Terms:** * **Associate Lawyer** – PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * **Work Modality:** Remote * **Start Date:** Immediate **What We Expect From You:** * Commitment to deadlines and technical quality; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Ethical conduct, collaborative attitude, and results-oriented focus.
