This professional will play a pivotal role in cash flow management, internal department support, and monitoring of payment, receipt, and budgetary control processes. **Your typical day:** You will: * Handle procurement and financial request processes, tracking approvals and deadlines; * Monitor departmental budgets and funds, ensuring alignment with financial planning; * Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; * Conduct bank reconciliations, verifying transactions and identifying discrepancies; * Issue and monitor billing and related documents for receipts; * Track due dates, payment confirmations, write-offs, and financial records; * Perform monthly financial closing and prepare management reports; * Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to align information; * Ensure accurate use and timely updates of information in the NG system. **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM **Work location:** Lourdes **Work mode:** On-site **To join our team, you ideally have:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in financial operations; * Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and billing; * Experience in budgetary control and fund management; * Familiarity with ERP/financial systems, preferably NG; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. **Does this opportunity resonate with you?
