**Senior Hospital and Commercial Refrigeration Technician** Belo Horizonte/MG Employment Type: CLT **Job Description** We are seeking a Senior professional with strong technical expertise to maintain high-precision refrigeration systems and complex mechanical equipment. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics and on-site technical support for highly critical laboratory and hospital equipment. **Key Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of critical refrigeration systems (Ultrafreezers \-80°C, cold rooms, refrigerated centrifuges, etc.). * Diagnosis of failures in refrigeration cycles, compressors, and vacuum systems. * Brazing (soldering), refrigerant charging, and vacuum procedures. * Configuration of electronic temperature controllers. * Preparation of technical reports and provision of technical guidance to field teams. **Requirements** * Technical education in Refrigeration, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics. * Solid experience (Senior level) in industrial, heavy commercial, or hospital refrigeration. * Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cascade refrigeration systems. * Knowledge of electrical control systems and industrial automation. * Active registration with the Brazilian Federal Council of Technology (CFT) (preferred). **Behavioral Profile** * Organized and detail-oriented * Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility * Good communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team **Compensation and Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Health insurance * Dental insurance * TotalPass (gym access) * Culture allowance Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Selection Questions: * Do you hold a technical qualification relevant to this position? * Do you hold a valid Category B driver's license? * Are you available for travel? * Do you have experience maintaining laboratory or hospital equipment? * Please describe your experience maintaining laboratory equipment.
