Interaction with various departments and clients Description: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in related duties (Supervisor role) is desirable. * Maintain alignment with Supervision, Coordination, team members, internal and external departments and clients, harmonizing procedures and techniques, discussing solutions and action plans, recording and tracking activities and incidents, preparing reports, and providing information relevant to the work unit; * Ensure compliance with shift handover procedures and daily operations, clarifying situations, pending items, strengths and weaknesses, conducting sector visits and inspections, interviewing internal/external clients, maintaining records, discussing actions with immediate supervisor, and ensuring continuity of services; * Prepare work schedules, organizing and assigning teams according to operational needs, monitoring adherence to routines and lunch break schedules, verifying timekeeping records, and processing internal reassignments to cover staff absences; * Supervise and guide the work team, ensuring execution of cleaning processes in accordance with current legislation, SCIH’s environmental hygiene protocol, and pre-established quality standards; * Receive and accompany SCIH technical inspections, as well as audits conducted by Sanitary Surveillance and Zoonosis agencies, clarifying situations and escalating actions to the immediate supervisor; * Ensure adherence to the pest control schedule, monitoring and validating service orders, forwarding documents for archiving and relevant controls, and performing other duties pertinent to the position. 251225020249605877
