Preference for students from the 2nd year onward. Functions and Responsibilities * Support IT sector activities – Applications. * Provide support for systems used by end users, especially commercial software packages such as Enspace, ADP, Guardian, DIMEP, among others. * Monitor, log, and update incidents in the ServiceNow tool, following ITIL best practices. * Monitor the incident lifecycle, ensuring resolution within SLAs and performing escalations when required. * Proactively follow up on pending tickets, facilitating communication between end users, internal teams, and external vendors. * Contribute to continuous improvement of incident management processes by identifying patterns and proposing preventive actions. Required Knowledge and Skills * Intermediate English. * Knowledge of business processes. * Basic understanding of relational (SQL Server) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, including writing simple SQL queries. * Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system. * Foundational understanding of information security concepts such as authentication, authorization, encryption, and protection against common attacks. * Ability to logically and efficiently solve problems, researching solutions when necessary. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. * Autonomy to learn new technologies and concepts via tutorials, documentation, and online resources. * Interest in the technology field and motivation for professional development. Additional Information Work model: 100% remote, with occasional visits to the office or plant. Internship schedule: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
