Job Summary: Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and RPA bots by mapping processes and integrating systems to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. Culture of knowledge sharing and professional development Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows using n8n * Create and maintain Python scripts and integrations * Develop and support RPA bots (web scraping, repetitive task automation, system integrations) * Map internal processes and identify automation opportunities * Integrate APIs (REST, SOAP) and internal/external systems * Ensure technical documentation for developed automations * Monitor performance, failures, and continuous improvements of workflows * Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements * Ensure security and governance of automations ⸻ Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience as an Automation Developer, RPA Developer, or similar role (mid-level) * Practical experience with n8n * Experience in Python development * Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar) * Knowledge of API consumption and creation * Experience with system integrations (ERP, CRM, internal systems) * Familiarity with version control (Git) * Ability to analyze and structure processes ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with automations in: * Legal domain (deadline tracking, publication monitoring, case movement tracking, court system integration) * HR domain (hiring, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping system integration, benefits management) * Administrative domain (financial workflows, invoice generation, contracts, procurement) * Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL) * Knowledge of structured web scraping * Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Understanding of LGPD and information security ⸻ Behavioral Competencies: * Analytical and structured thinking * Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders * Organization and documentation skills * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement ⸻ Success Metrics for the Role: * Reduction of manual tasks and rework * Increased productivity in supported business areas * Stability and low error rate in automations * Continuous evolution of automated processes **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been operating in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
