




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing budgets, managing the CRM system, analyzing KPIs, developing proposals, and consolidating data, while working collaboratively across departments. Integration with key areas: planning, operations, and commercial * Prepare budgets for construction projects and consulting services, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with scope; * Manage the commercial CRM, keeping records, sales pipeline, and history up to date; * Monitor commercial indicators and KPIs, providing insights to support strategic decisions alongside management; * Develop customized proposals reflecting the scope to be delivered to each client; * Consolidate databases to generate managerial and financial overviews; * Collaborate closely with planning, operations, and commercial leadership teams; * Support the team in meetings, commercial rituals, and technical proposal presentations. * Solid experience in budgeting for construction and technical consulting; * Experience with various pricing models and proposal structuring approaches; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience in CRM management; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and strong numerical aptitude; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability for on-site work (Belo Horizonte/MG); * Preferred qualification: Technical knowledge in engineering, project planning, and project management.
