Involvement in optimizing project safety, quality, and cost. **Job Description** **This position requires on-site work in Governador Valadares \- MG.** **Who will you work with?** You will join the Engineering team at Wabtec Corporation’s Governador Valadares unit. Within our organization, we develop solutions for railway track maintenance clients, understanding their needs and transforming them into unique global projects. We are innovators by nature! Our team comprises engineers, technicians, and designers. One of our responsibilities is developing electrical and electronic diagrams for our equipment, programming their control units, and configuring sensors and actuators. In this role, you will learn about our challenges and be invited to contribute creative and innovative solutions to demonstrate your potential. **How will you make a difference?** As an Electrical Engineering Analyst, within the Engineering department, you will be invited to explore our full portfolio of solutions, interact directly with customers, suppliers, and internal company departments such as production and supply chain—and, more importantly, propose interventions to continuously optimize our processes. You will collaborate with people from diverse areas, educational backgrounds, and experiences, offering opportunities to both learn and teach a wide range of topics. **What do we want to know about you?** * Technical education in Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Electroelectronics, or Electromechanical fields; or a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering; * Basic knowledge of electrotechnics, electronics, and industrial electrical systems; * Basic programming knowledge; * Basic knowledge of English and Spanish; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will directly analyze and design power and control electrical systems for equipment developed by the company, program operational logic, and install these systems onto equipment. Additionally, you will support Engineering and manufacturing with electrical diagrams, bills of materials, and assembly and operation instructions.
