Experience in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) operations is a plus The professional will be responsible for real-time monitoring of fractional distribution fleets (multiple deliveries per route), ensuring that refrigerated products reach supermarkets within food safety standards and scheduled time windows. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Main Responsibilities * **Real-Time Tracking:** Monitor vehicle movement via telematics and GPS systems. * **Delivery Window Management:** Validate adherence to scheduled times with supermarkets, proactively flagging delays. * **Incident Handling:** Resolve immediate issues such as merchandise rejections, missing invoices, damages, or dock access difficulties. * **Driver Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for route guidance and support in case of accidents or mechanical breakdowns. * **Delivery Confirmation:** Confirm deliveries via system (delivery apps or customer portals). Technical Requirements * **Intermediate Excel:** For generating productivity reports, service level agreement (SLA) metrics, and return analysis. * **Agile Communication:** Ability to negotiate with supermarket receiving supervisors and carriers.
