Your Responsibilities (Key Activities) * Serve customers via phone, answering questions and recording requests. * Provide quick and clear solutions, guiding customers step-by-step to resolve issues, operating across digital channels such as email, online chat, WhatsApp, voice, and other support channels. * Record all interactions in the company’s systems, following established scripts, policies, and internal procedures. Mandatory Requirements * Be at least 18 years old. * Have completed high school (secondary education). * Be available to work onsite in Montes Claros. * Be available for part-time shifts on rotating schedules (6x1 or 5x2), during morning, afternoon, or night shifts. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * No experience is required; however, prior experience as a telemarketing operator, customer service representative, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer support agent, consultant, collections agent, active or passive customer service representative, salesperson, interaction expert, or operator will be considered a strong advantage. * Experience in customer service, customer support centers (SAC), sales, collections, or reception. * Strong communication skills, clear diction, concise writing, and ability to interact effectively with the public. * Interest in building a career in customer service, sales, retention, collections, or relationship management.
