




Job Summary: The professional will operate the telesales system to acquire and retain customers, performing sales, after-sales, and providing informational support and clarification of doubts. Serve customers by identifying their needs and upselling * Operate the telesales system to acquire and retain customers through WhatsApp support, conducting sales and after-sales, as well as providing appropriate informational support, clarification of doubts, and status updates on completed sales. * Respond to customer messages, identifying their purchase needs or requests for clarification and guidance, and upselling various products—including proprietary brands—wherever possible, in accordance with Operational Procedures (OPs), via call center, aiming to meet customer needs and increase profitability for Farmácia Indiana. * Perform after-sales activities by analyzing orders in the Order Management System to ensure continuity of ongoing medication supplies, promotional offers, and other services, thereby facilitating new sales and enhancing customer loyalty. * Monitor performance and sales jointly with management; Carry out other related duties as assigned by the manager/immediate supervisor.
