Job Summary: Responsible for picking merchandise according to orders, processing returns, and organizing products for customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Growth Opportunity 2. Teamwork 3. Position open to persons with disabilities (PCD) Description: Pick merchandise according to orders issued by Telesales; upon completion of tasks, process returns for in-store display. Power on equipment and access operating systems to begin assigned tasks related to merchandise picking. Check Telesales sales records in the system, generate pick tickets, and pick merchandise (medicines, personal hygiene products, beauty items, dermocosmetics, and other products). Arrange product transfers by verifying stock availability at nearby stores relative to the Dispatch area, and request picking so that delivery personnel can collect items for shipment to customers.
