




Job Summary: Operate the telesales system to acquire, retain, and recover customers by conducting sales, post-sales activities, and support, aiming to increase profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service via call center for sales and clarification of inquiries. 2. Post-sales activities to enhance customer loyalty and generate new sales. 3. Support to managers/leaders in defining procedures and actions. Operate the telesales system to acquire, retain, or recover customers through telephone-based service, performing sales and post-sales activities, as well as providing appropriate informational support, clarification of inquiries, and updates on sales status. Respond to customer calls, identifying their needs regarding purchases, inquiry resolution, or guidance; promote diverse products and private-label items where applicable, in accordance with Operational Procedures (OPs), via call center, aiming to meet customer needs and increase profitability for Farmácia Indiana. Conduct post-sales activities by analyzing orders in the Order Management System to ensure continuity of ongoing medication supplies, promotional offers, and other services, thereby facilitating new sales and enhancing customer loyalty. Support the immediate manager/leader on matters related to the department’s operations, reporting and discussing issues and irregularities to assist in defining applicable procedures and actions; Monitor performance and sales jointly with management; Perform other tasks at the discretion of the immediate manager/leader. **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education)
